Description
Wind energy systems contain very sensitive power semiconductor devices that are susceptible to damage due to overcurrent. Overcurrent mainly includes two kinds of fault currents: overload and short circuit. Chifeng NH high-speed semiconductor fuses are designed for power electronic equipment requiring excellent overcurrent protection.
