Prostadine Reviews
Prostadine reviews also known as prostaglandin F1 alpha or PGE1, is an endogenous cyclic peptide that plays a role in the regulation of blood pressure, inflammation and smooth muscle tone. Prostaglandin E-1 is produced in response to injury and inflammation from various tissues including endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells and mast cells.
Prostaglandin E-2 is derived from Prostacyclin (PGE2) by a nonenzymatic reaction between the carboxylic acid group (-COOH) of PGE2 and hydroxyl groups (-OH) on an acyl ester group (-COOR). Prostacyclin is a potent vasodilator that can reduce arterial stiffness and improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure.
