Everything's coming up roses for the Cowboys
The Cowboys have looked rock solid this season. However, Its really hard to gauge Matt Barnes Jersey this team through three games. On the surface they have a two-game lead in the division, but if you take a look at the schedule, it looks a lot le s impre sive. They have beaten threeof the fiveworst teams in the NFL.
The Giants, Redskins and Dolphins are not exactly NFL juggernauts in 2019, but you can only play the team in front of you. While the competition has been weak, the way Dallas has looked against these teams has not.
Dak Prescott has never looked better at quarterback. Against Miami last weekend, he had a dominant second half, Jim Rice Jersey which led to a home blowout.

Running back Zeke Elliott put the offseason contract dispute in the rearview mirror and has looked phenomenal the first month of the season. Although he did not score last weekend, he averaged 6.6 yards per carry and rushed for 125 yards. The offensive line continues to be the best unit on the field for the Cowboys. They have led this team in Kevin Plawecki Jersey impre sive fashion the last couple seasons, and this year they have picked up right where they left off last year.
Its the opposite side of the football for the Cowboys that I have been most pleased with.
The defensive analytics say the Cowboys are about the 14th best defense in football, but my eyes tell me they are slightly better than that. Their starting linebacker core in particular is one of the best in football. Sean Lee was the best linebacker on the Cowboys a few short years ago, and now he is probably the least talented starting linebacker on the team. Jaylon Smith and Leighton Vander Esch have been a revelation. They cover the sidelines as fast as any duo in profe sional football. And this week they will have a tough challenge in front of them when Luis Tiant Jersey they take on the Saints.
Can the Saints continue to win without Drew Brees?
That is the question that everyone wants to know.In Week 2, Drew Brees left the game against the Rams with a broken finger, and all the reports say he will mi s at least sixweeks. If thats the case, he would not return before Week 9 of the regular Andrew Benintendi Jersey season.
The problem is, if the Saints cant keep their head above water until then, the season may be dead and buried before he returns. The Saints took the first step in answering that question last week. If the Saints plan to win this game or keep it close, thedefense needs to play better. It helps that they are home this week and the crowd noise should help them, but they just proved you dont have to be elite to win on the road in the Mitch Moreland Jersey National Football League.

Cowboys vs. Saints prediction
So, what are the ? Well, in my opinion without Brees, last weekend was the exception to the rule.
Bridgewater needs to play better than he did against the Seahawks if he wants to pick up back-to-back wins. Im just not sure he can, not against this defense. I think theCowboys linebackers will be able to keep Bridgewater in the pocket and force him to throw the football. If thats the case, and the offense rests on his arm, they are in trouble.
On the other side of the ball, the Saints defense looked horrific against Seattle last Christian Vazquez Jersey weekend. The secondary was particularly putrid.
That will be a big i sue on Sunday night for two reasons:
1. Prescott has never looked as good as he does right now.
2. Elliott will keep the Saints defense honest.
He will keep the safeties and cornerbacks for New Orleans close to the box, which should give Prescott Steven Wright Jersey multiple opportunities to go over the top of this defense for downfield conversions. In the end, I think that will be the difference. Betting road favorites in the NFL doesnt translate to succe s long term, but in this game I think the Cowboys get it done.
