The sweet land of Liberty has produced one of the 2022 NFL Draft's most intriguing prospects.
Malik Willis is one of the most fascinating pa sers of the 2022 NFL Draft for a number of reasons. While Abraham Almonte Jersey his 2021 tape is uneven, Willis has all the traits that make NFL scouts drool.
Willis is a well-built, cannon-armed quarterback with elite mobility to pair with his arm. NFL teams are drafting for traits more than they are for tried-and-true production at the college level in recent years, meaning Willis is going to be a very enticing prospect for a number of teams looking for a pa ser come April.

Malik Willis mock draft 20221. Pittsburgh Steelers (No. 20)
There's a good chance that if the Steelers want a QB, they'll have to trade up for Martin Maldonado Jersey the one they want, as is usually the case with teams who fall outside the top five.
The Steelers, though, in a traditionally tough-as-nails NFC North, are going to need a ma sive shift in philosophy in the post Ben Roethlisberger era: The statuesque Roethlisberger paving way for Malik Willis would be welcome.

2. Seattle Seahawks (No. 9)
With Ru sell Wilson out, the Seahawks are looking at Drew Lock as their Week 1 Bo Jackson Jersey starter in the month leading up to the draft. Lock has played well in spurts, but no one will confuse him for franchise savior.
With Wilson (and his love of the deep ball) gone, Pete Carroll can revert back to his smash-mouth, run-heavy style offense which he loves and won a Super Bowl with. That's not inherently a bad thing, especially for a young quarterback.
With Lock rostered, the Seahawks benefit from the option of starting him until Willis is ready whenever that may be.
3. Atlanta Falcons (No. 8)
In truth, three of the four teams in the NFC South could be looking for a quarterback come April. (Thanks, Tom Brady.)
Matt Ryan Jorge Soler Jersey being shipped out means that Atlanta has a gaping hole at pa ser, and while some are out on the market Baker Mayfield, Jimmy Garoppolo it might be prudent for Atlanta to take a big swing on a talent of Willis' caliber.
No doubt, shifting from the steady hand of Ryan to a rookie pa ser would result in growing pains, but Arthur Smith got the most out of what he had with some key players last season: Kyle Pitts had only one touchdown on the season, but had 1,026 receiving yards to go with it. Cordarrelle Patterson had a career year as a dual-threat player, as well.
At his last stop, Smith got a lot out of Ryan Tannehill, and he hopes to rekindle a connection with Marcus Mariota in Hotlanta. But, Blaine Boyer Jersey getting a pa ser of the future would instantly put Alex Gordon Jersey the Falcons in a better position than at least two of their division rivals, at least on paper.
4. Carolina Panthers (No. 6)
The Panthers totally retooled their defense but have been struggling to find that next-level pa ser since Cam Newton's release just a few years ago.
The Sam Darnold experiment was a colo sal failure, both from a trade value standpoint and a production one. The short-lived 2021 reunion tour with Newton felt more of an effort to keep selling tickets as opposed to finding out if there was anything left in the tank, either.
If Matt Rhule wants to keep an offensive coordinator and his job past 2022 then Step 1 is to find someone more than simply serviceable under center. Willis Danny Duffy Jersey would give the Panthers their next, best shot at getting that next franchise pa ser. Given Rhule's desire to want to establish the run, as well, could help Willis settle in if he ends up in Carolina.
5. New York Giants (No. 5)
New York has been pretty adamant that they're sticking with Daniel Jones for at least one more year. But, words are just words, and the fact remains that Jones isn't anyone's "Guy" in New York: With Brian Daboll named as the new head coach and Joe Schoen taking the keys to the GM office, Jones' clock runs on a different dial.
Chris Owings Jersey With New York needing a ma sive jolt to its offense after the ill-fated Jason Garrett era, sticking a dynamic pa ser like Willis with the bright offensive mind of Daboll, who took a ma sive project in Josh Allen and helped mold him into a superstar, makes a lot of sense.
The last thing the Giants should want to do is put themselves in a position to decide whether or not to give Jones a long-term extension based on one year of OK tape and a few years of flashes. Willis would provide Frank White Jersey a young, dynamic and moldable a set at the position while allowing the team to jettison Jones to the highest bidder, resetting the GM-QB-HC trio for the foreseeable future.
