How does Vidalista 40 work?
Vidalista 40 contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor that helps men get and maintain an erection. When a man is sexually aroused, nitric oxide is released into his penis, which activates an enzyme that produces a substance called cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). cGMP relaxes the smooth muscle cells in the penis, which allows more blood to enter the penis. The increased blood flow causes the penis to become erect. When cGMP is broken down by another enzyme, called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), the penis returns to its flaccid state. Vidalista 40mg inhibits the action of PDE5, which increases the levels of cGMP in the penis. This helps to relax the blood vessels and increase blood flow to the penis.
What are the side effects of Vidalista 40?
The most common side effects of Vidalista 40 are headache, flushing, and indigestion. Less common side effects include, but are not limited to, dizziness, blurred vision, changes in color vision, muscle aches, and priapism (a prolonged and painful erection lasting more than four hours).
