Etihad's cancellation policy allows passengers to cancel their booking within 24 hours of booking without paying a cancellation fee.
Passenger must pay 10% of the total ticket price if he cancels his reservation within 96 hours before the scheduled flight departure.
The airline does not charge a booking cancellation fee if a passenger cancels their booking for an immediate family member. But they have to provide all documents as proof.
Passengers will receive a refund if the ticket can be returned, not used, or must be purchased at least 5 days before the scheduled flight departure.
