When you 3D print with or laser engrave on some types of materials, chemicals like PM (Particle Matters) and VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) may be released. With a Snapmaker 2.0 Air Purifier, you can filter them even further.

Snapmaker Air Purifier has a custom filter cartridge with five layers of different filters consolidated into one, and it is designed to absorb what's actually emitted during laser engraving or the 3D printing process. A dense pack of activated carbon is also added to absorb VOCs that are not captured by other filters. Unwanted odor is no longer an issue.

As the final stage gate, two layers of 70 mm thick HEPA H13 filter are used. They can capture up to 99.97% of all airborne particles, including PM0.3, which is believed to be the most penetrating particle in the air.

It also has an F9 filter which works on particles that measure one μm or above in diameter. It filters out more than 95% of PM10, PM5, and PM2.5.

Not everything is about efficiency. For maximum longevity of the cartridge and to ensure that you won't need to replace it before it has been fully utilized, the various filter levels are positioned in a certain order. Snapmaker 2.0 carries out real-time monitoring on the Filter Cartridge and shows its lifespan on the Touchscreen. It lets you know when it's time to pop in a new one.

As usual, the Air Purifier is well-designed. The surface anodized CNC-machined aluminum beams and shell provide exceptional durability, super-fine texture, a consistent silver-gray appearance, and well-sealed machine bodies. It is powerful and adorable.

The Snapmaker Air Purifier only costs $499. Crazy, right? Powerful features and affordable, this just makes it a go-to air purifier for your 3D printer.
