Take the ghost dolls as an example, the special effects technicians produced 9 dolls, one of which is used to complete the main actions such as walking and climbing, two are pole dolls, and the remaining 6 are special effects dolls. Controlling the Ghost Baby and Bride of Chucky requires 16 technicians at the same time.
In the previous ghost baby movies, the skin of the ghost baby dolls is made of foam rubber. Although this material is light and soft, the color is dull and lacks luster. It must be colored and is difficult to use up. To make the skin of the doll in the film more vivid, Yage tried a lot of materials. In the end, he used a combination of silicone and foam rubber.
